La Samanna welcomes you to enjoy the Fitness Center, open daily from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Our beautiful free standing facility, encased in glass doors and bougainvillea, sports a full range of cardio equipment by Life Fitness, circuit machines by Cybex, and free weights up to 100 lbs.  Towels, water and a shower with amenities are provided for you. 

Private training is available by appointment for $100 per hour.

Personal flat screen televisions and headphones are also available at each exercise station.
