La Samanna's, fully equipped Pilates Studio is unique to the island and exclusive to our guests. Private instruction, available by appointment everyday, is located within the beautiful Rendezvous Pavilion. "Introduction in Classic Pilates" is perfect for beginners and experienced alike, also available for groups are instructional mat classes.
On Monday mornings, a complimentary Pilates Mat Class will be offered in the Rendezvous Pavilion at 9 am. Maximum Class size is five people.
Private one on one sessions are available by appointment at $95 per hour.
