Meal Plan
Dinner Plan: $80 per person / per day (Two seatings for dinner: 7:00pm and 9:00pm)
Lunch and Dinner Plan: $130 per person / per day.
Additional Person Charge
$75 per night. No additional charge for children under the age of 12 years sharing the same room as parents.
Holiday Season - December 22, 2011 - January 2, 2012
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required at time of booking. Cancellations after November 1st will be charged at 100% of the value of the stay.
Cancellation Policy
- November 2 - December 21, 2011 - 15 days prior to arrival
- December 22, 2011 - January 1, 2012 - 60 days prior to arrival
- January 2, 2012 - April 30, 2012 - 30 days prior to arrival
- May 1, 2012 - December 21, 2012 - 15 days prior to arrival
Deposit Policy
A 50% refundable deposit is due at the time of booking. Please note that if a reservation fails to be canceled in accordance with the time frames provided in the aforementioned cancellation policy, the full deposit will be lost.
SPECIAL NOTE: For reservations during the holiday season (December 22 - January 2) a 50% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking. The remainder of the stay is then charged on November 1, at which time the full-stay is non-refundable.
Early Departure
The hotel will charge for 1 nights stay for departures 1 or 2 nights early. Guests leaving 3 nights or more before their departure date will be charged for 3 nights stay.
